Our business

Put simply, we build software to plan, collaborate, code and service. A few of our more well-known products include Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and now Trello. Our offices

We trace our roots back to Sydney, Australia where we still operate our largest office. As Atlassian grows, we're truly becoming a global company with offices in San Francisco, Mountain View, New York City, Austin, Amsterdam, Bengaluru, and Manila. Each of our offices has its own personality made up of the people that work there, each awesome in their own distinct ways.

What To Expect

Yes, we really use the ping pong tables. We work together, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't play together as well. Let's face it, we spend a lot of our lives working, so it's important that our workspace is both inviting and fun. Play games, join a club, fix something, start something; our culture is a direct result of our employees living our values and making Atlassian the place they want it to be.

For us, work is about collaboration because from day 1, our tools have always been about collaboration. And with few exceptions, we hire people where we have a legal entity as long as they have eligible work rights and sufficient team time zone overlap (think New York to London).
