Job Title: B2B CollectionsJob DescriptionAs a B2B Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting debts exclusively from businesses, not individuals. Your daily tasks will involve making calls, sending formal emails, and processing payments over the phone. The companies you will be collecting from are primarily in the service or construction industries. You will start with smaller amounts of debt and gradually handle larger amounts.
