Business Development/Customer Success Manager | On-Site | Herndon | Direct PlacementJob DescriptionThe Business Development/Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing the Renewals Team. The CSM will be tasked with creating KPIs, training, and development plans; creating proposals and formulating RFP responses for government clients; and continuing the saturation of existing government clients for continual use of the clients IT products.Hard Skills• 5+ years of IT Business Development experience, ideally in the federal or GovCon industry• 5+ years of experience writing proposals for renewals, licenses, contracts or similar documents• Experience leading and managing a team• Bachelors Degree• Clearable• Strong writing and speaking skills• Understanding of client purchasing processesAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
