Job Title: Job SpecialistJob Description• Participate in training and certification activities to gain an understanding of all facets of outreach benefits.• Independently schedule and conduct enrollment assistance at designated locations.• Provide assistance to persons as they enroll or enter information into the outreach benefits self-service portal.• Track the status of pending applications and upload customer documents.• Submit documentation for Manual ID Verification for customers unable to verify their identity through Experian.• Provide information and services in a fair, accurate, and impartial manner.• Generate and submit weekly reports of required data, including but not limited to, numbers of applications, enrollments, and renewals, demographics of persons served, hours worked on-site and for enrollment assistance, numbers and types of referrals sent and received, number of appointments, and individuals assisted.Hard Skills• Facilitating enrollment in Qualified Health Plans (QHP)• Insurance affordability programs• Public service assistance programsSoft Skills• Fair and accurate information delivery• Cultural and linguistic appropriateness• Customer inquiry responseWork EnvironmentDesignated locations in the KIPDA region MUST BE LOCATED IN SHELBY COUNTY,CARROLL COUNTY ,HENRY COUNTY, TRIMBLE COUNTY ETC• Day to Day: Travelling all day to multiple locations to provide resources (homeless shelters, churches, woman shelters, housing shelters, halfway homes) to assist in helping these people sign up for resources regarding food, benefits, transportation, ETC.• Flex schedule, must work 35 hours a week, days can vary based on schedule• Will not always start day in office, can travel during the day and finish up any work from home• They will provide equipment• Must have reliable transportation and car insurance• This position does NOT have mileage reimbursement, BUT you are paid while travelling• Will ONLY be traveling to different locations in MULTIPLE COUNTIESAbout Aston CarterAston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
