Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for a Outbound Dispatch Call Center Specialist. On a day-to-day basis, this role will be handling around 60 to 80 outbound calls a day. The main focus of this role is to ensure there are no disruptions when a driver picks up a load until the point of final delivery. Common issues can be: 1) driver is ready to pick up a load but the load is not there, 2) there will be an expected delay with the delivery arrival, 3) navigating the drivers with the best route for delivery...etc. This role will be responsible for handling various cases to figure out a creative resolution for each cases. There will be a lot of problem solving and investigating in this role.[Position Details]Title – Outbound Dispatch Call Center SpecialistPay – $21/hr.
