One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring an Executive Assistant with the Global Communications & Community Impact organization.About the role:• 100% onsite in Seattle, WA• Compensation: $36/hr• 4 month contract with potential for extension/conversionJob Description:• The Global Communications and Community Impact organization (GCCI) is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and intuitive Executive Assistant to support two Directors leading communications for AWS.• This role is responsible for coordinating and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, arranging both international and domestic travel, and organizing events and meetings.• Additionally, the role involves maximizing team efficiency and productivity, serving as the main point of contact between team members and leadership, and fostering effective communication and collaboration. The Executive Assistant will partner with leaders, business partners, stakeholders, and Executive Assistants across the company to achieve key deliverables.• You will thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment and have exceptional attention to detail.• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities are crucial.• Preferred attributes include creativity and initiative in problem-solving and task management, and a relentless ability to take action quickly with the necessary details.Required Skills:• 3-5+ years of recent Executive Assistant experience• Calendar Management• Travel Management experience• Expense ManagementWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
