Job Title: Human Resource Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionMaintain employee records related to termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Focus on Employee Benefits including LOA, PTO, Health, Overtime, and more. Coordinate, track, and maintain all FMLA and leave-related records. Conduct new hire orientations, exit interviews, and off-boarding. Manage and process unemployment claims. Perform verifications for I-9s and employment. Assist the HR Team with additional HR Administrative tasks as needed.
