Job Title: Human Resources Business PartnerJob DescriptionThis position will serve as the main point of contact for general employee relations, talent acquisition, business and HR projects, and delivering high-level customer support to assigned client groups. This position serves as a partner to the business and its team members through the entire employee life cycle.Hard Skills• 5+ years as a Sr HR Generalist, Business Partner, or Manager within a manufacturing environment• Change Management experience• HRIS experienceSoft Skills• Ability to deliver timely, data-driven, market-based guidance and best practice solutions to meet business needs• Providing performance management guidance to line management, including HR policy guidance and interpretation• Facilitating full cycle, high volume recruiting and onboarding for the associated business units• Executing change management and leadership development programs to support strategic initiatives• Driving local and regional engagement efforts related to culture and Diversity, Equity and InclusionJob TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in York, Pennsylvania and some days remote.Work EnvironmentManufacturing Environment.
