Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Payroll Specialist for a contract-to-hire position located in McMinnville, OR. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for all exempt and nonexempt employees. This role requires someone who can manage time efficiently and handle tight deadlines, as approvers are on PST. You will be working in a manufacturing facility where steel-toed shoes are required; these are reimbursable up to $125 per year once converted. The dress code is suitable for a manufacturing environment, so jeans are acceptable. The HR/Payroll/Benefits team consists of three members, and while the work can be fast-paced and stressful, the team aims to have fun.
