Description:
+ Manage support tickets to SLA
+ Ongoing Support
+ Point of contact for support teams, user and client issues/questions
+ Manage all business process and system escalations through the proper channel
+ Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the business process
+ Provide additional support to the Platform Owners and myBuy support teams as needed
+ Deliver training to end users as needed and assist in creating job aids or tip sheets
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
+ 2+ Years of experience is required
+ Bachelor's Degree is required
+ Experience using Coupa, Peoplesoft, and JDE
+ Ability to work productively and influence change within a large, complex organization
+ Understanding of procurement, accounting, and finance processes
+ Proven problem-solving skills
+ High attention to detail, and accuracy, within a high-volume work environment
+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Passion to provide great service to internal customers
