Job Title: Associate Recruiter

About the Role:
Astrana Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top clinical administrative talent, including roles such as medical assistants, patient coordinators, medical receptionists, and other healthcare support staff. As an Associate Recruiter, you will support our clinical teams by identifying candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support to patients and medical professionals alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms to proactively source and identify qualified clinical administrative candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clinical administrative positions.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future administrative roles within the clinical setting.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with clinical hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team needs, and organizational culture to ensure the best hiring decisions are made.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to create a positive candidate experience and enhance Astrana Health’s employer brand.
- Offer Management: Assist in extending offers to candidates and work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Data Tracking: Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate progress, offers, and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within healthcare or clinical administrative staffing.
- Strong understanding of healthcare administrative roles and the unique demands of a clinical environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office locations include Los Angeles, Fresno, Las Vegas, Houston, and New York.
- The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $60,000 - $70,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
