Job Title: Chief of Staff, South Market

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chief of Staff to support our SVP of Business Development and President of the Texas Market. As a value-based care healthcare company, we’re focused on delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to improve patient outcomes. This role is critical to driving our strategic growth in Texas and will involve managing large, high-sensitivity projects, as well as providing strategic support on financial and operational matters. The ideal candidate has strong program management skills, a keen strategic mind, and financial acumen to support data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Growth & Development
- Drive and execute strategic initiatives to grow our Texas market presence in value-based care.
- Support business development efforts, including analyzing and identifying growth opportunities within new and existing partnerships.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP and President, helping to set and achieve short- and long-term business goals.
Program Management
- Oversee large, cross-functional projects related to growth, M&A, clinical initiatives, and market expansion.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across departments and stakeholders.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership, addressing obstacles and coordinating resources as needed.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and project execution.
Financial & Operational Support
- Support the financial planning and analysis for projects, including budget oversight, forecasting, and reporting on financial performance.
- Develop business cases, analyze financial data, and present recommendations to drive operational efficiency and growth.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure project budgets align with strategic goals and track performance against key financial metrics.
- Assist with creating executive materials, including presentations and reports, to support strategic and financial discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business development, or strategic operations, ideally within the healthcare or value-based care space.
- Strong project and program management skills, with a proven track record of leading large, complex projects.
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a mission-driven and collaborative environment.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 19500 HWY 249 Houston, TX 77070
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $95,000 - $115,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
