Job Title: Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
Astrana Health is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations by managing key administrative functions, ensuring our providers are supported, and facilitating timely payments. This position will primarily involve overseeing mailroom tasks, handling Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), printing, and other essential administrative duties that keep our processes running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including EOBs and other critical documents.
- Handle document printing, scanning, and filing to support payment processes for providers.
- Track and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed to maintain timely and accurate provider payments on a weekly basis.
- Support various administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 3+ years of experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and willingness to learn new systems.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is on-site 5 days per week. Our office is located at 9700 Flair Dr El Monte, CA 91731
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $20.00 – $24.00. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
