Job Title: Senior Director – Network Operations

About the Role:
The Senior Director of Network Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the operational and strategic activities of the IPA network. This role requires a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, overseeing daily operations, optimizing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The Senior Director will work closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and network providers to drive growth and improve outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IPA network, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering high-quality care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate contracting and network development efforts, including negotiations with payers and providers.
- Provider Relations and Network Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among IPA members to promote best practices and improve care coordination.
- Monitor network adequacy and identify opportunities to expand the provider network to meet the needs of patients.
- Quality and Performance Management:
- Oversee quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that performance metrics and benchmarks are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement programs that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the IPA budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing financial performance.
- Oversee risk management and financial reporting, including tracking utilization, managing shared savings agreements, and overseeing the allocation of resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state-specific requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
- Team Development and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide professional development opportunities for staff members.
- Strategic Initiatives and Project Management:
- Drive key strategic initiatives aimed at improving care delivery and patient experience.
- Oversee special projects, including technology implementations, process improvement efforts, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IPA operations or managed care.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer contracting, and value-based care models.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management, with a focus on driving outcomes and optimizing performance.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare quality metrics.
- Strategic thinker with proven experience in leading complex projects and initiatives.

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 19500 HWY 249, Suite 570 Houston, TX 77070
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $155,000 - $180,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
