When you step into a career with AT&T, you won’t just imagine the future-you’ll create it.About the Job:AT&T Lead Software Engineering role for a customer facing flagship mobile app encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at improving both the front-end and back-end development aspects of software projects within an Agile Scrum team environment. This includes leading engineers, designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions, collaborating with product owners and team members to deliver high-quality features and user stories, and playing a key role in testing and test automation to ensure the robustness and performance of applications.Additionally, the role involves continuous learning and application of the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance development processes and product outcomes, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Key Roles and Responsibilities:· Expertise in React Native, iOS & Android Development, Node.js and API services.· Leading and mentoring scrum and development teams.· Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications, and collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions.· Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages.· Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting.· In addition to Unit Test, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing.· Supports applications and solves configuration and environment issues.· Supports the software deployment process.Job Contribution:Senior level technical expertise in React Native, iOS & Android Development, Node.js and API services. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on Mobile Application technologies.Education:Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.Experience:Typically requires 5-8 year’s of experience in Full Stack Development and mobile development. Also requires React Native experience.Supervisory:No.Our Lead Software Engineer, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
