As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions ... Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist customers with account inquiries. 3. Utilize decision-making skills to handle escalated customer concerns and provide innovative solutions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support roles. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional service. 3. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues effectively. 4. Innovative mindset to approach challenges creatively and find solutions that exceed customer expectations. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits: 1.
