In addition to our established Remote Patient Monitoring business, we introduced a rapidly expanding SaaS Revenue Cycle Management solution in 2022 that provides revenue intelligence for hundreds of healthcare businesses from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art dashboard, Athelas Insights, provides practices with an unparalleled understanding into their financial health to help them with all aspects of RCM, including eligibility, rejections, denials, as well as coding optimization and more. To keep pace with our remarkable momentum - having seen a 5x increase in revenue over the past 6 months with more exponential growth on the horizon - we're actively seeking new, high-impact team members looking for a challenge! We've raised $132 million at a $1.5 billion valuation from top tier investors such as General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, Y... Combinator, and Initialized. Must be able to work in our Mountain View, CA office Monday-Friday. Compensation is 50-50 split for base salary and commission. Base: $44,480.00 - $67,640.00, OTE: $62,480.00 - $95,360.00 What You'll Do Play a pivotal role in laying the proper foundation as a founding member of the SDR organization for our new Scribe product. Successfully source new business through relationship based selling No fear of making cold calls and prospecting Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity creation quotas Align Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections Collaborate effectively with the team and others to drive new business Become an expert in the healthcare space Learning sales skills that will set you up to eventually be a successful Account Executive What You Have At least 6 months - 1 year of Sales experience 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field Demonstrated natural leadership ability Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales Experience with quota and commission compensation structure Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.) Excellent written and verbal communications skills Highly organized and strong time management skills Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction Self driven, motivated and results oriented Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset What We'd Love To See Proven success in penetrating new markets and cultivating new business Consistent over-achievement in past positions Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills Why You’ll Like Working at Athelas Rockstar Team: Join a team with an incredible record - we are the smallest, fastest company in history to receive FDA hematology clearance.
