OverviewThe Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst supports the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of manual and automation system testing for simple or complex system changes. Works collaboratively with ATI business units along with ATI employed or contracted QA teams to execute and validate test cases based on requirements. Identifies and documents malfunctions, prior to implementation, to ensure ATI’s products meet quality standards.Responsibilities• Designs and executes manual or automation system test cases based on requirements• Participates and contributes to daily scrum meetings and sprint retrospectives• Actively participates in backlog grooming activities to ensure requirements are testable• Identifies malfunctions and clearly documents test execution results• Reports system change approvals or escalates failures in a timely manner• Collaborates with IT Delivery and Engineering teams to maintain testing environments• Recommends QA process changes to improve quality standards or streamline tasks• Interfaces with management, corporate security access control, corporate administration, compliance, finance, technology, operations, and vendorsQualificationsMinimum Education Required:• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related degreeMinimum Experience Required:• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with test automationPreferred:• Experience with Agile, scrum, waterfall, and blended methodologies• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office products• Experience with API testing• Experience or familiarity with Selenium, C#, NUnit.• Experience in Behavior-Driven Development SpecFlowKnowledge Skills And Abilities• Ability to comprehend written requirements or design flows from multiple business units• Ability to express concerns or communicate need for business clarification on system change requests• Ability to document detailed test cases and results using a variety of tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Azure DevOps• Knowledge of Software as a Service and Instructure as Code in Cloud based environment• Knowledge of a variety of test types and strategies, including unit, integration, system, end-user, performance, stress, endurance, non-functional, negative/fuzz, manual and automated• The ability to work within SQL databases and write SQL queries proficiently• Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office product suite including Access Databases, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint• The ability to implement database changes in multiple test environments• The ability to organize and prioritize testing tasks along with other team members• Skilled in customer service communication to be approachable and composed with ATI employees, vendors, and executive managementVirtual Employee?YesLocation/Org Data : Dept NumberCORPILReqID 2024-21524Job Locations US-IL-BolingbrookJob Category Corporate - ITPay Class Full Time
