Why is this role important for us? 🤔

As an AI Generalist (Program Management), you will be the driving force behind Atlan's AI initiatives - from initial ideas to company-wide adoption. At Atlan, we're growing fast and winning amazing customers like Plaid, Monster, and Ralph Lauren. With AI in the mix, we believe we can accelerate our growth while delivering unprecedented value to our customers. We are looking for someone who can turn exciting AI possibilities into practical, scalable realities.

Your mission 🌟

• Drive the AI journey from ideation to adoption - identify opportunities with our GTM org where AI can move the needle which in turn will accelerate growth and enhance customer value

• Create frameworks for success - build measurement systems and processes that help teams leverage AI to drive faster growth

• Lead systematic experimentation - design testing frameworks to identify what drives customer value, and scale successful initiatives

• Build momentum through results - showcase how AI initiatives accelerate growth and improve customer experience

• Work cross-functionally; coordinate between multiple teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact on growth and customer value

• Program Excellence - 5+ years of experience managing complex, high-impact initiatives in B2B software companies. You've built and executed program roadmaps, coordinated multiple workstreams, and consistently delivered results that moved key business metrics.

• Change Leadership - Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation. You've led the adoption of new technologies or processes, built alignment across teams, and turned skeptics into advocates through clear communication and visible impact.

• Impact Focused - Sharp ability to identify what truly matters amid complexity. You've developed frameworks to measure success, maintained focus on key metrics, and consistently steered programs toward meaningful business outcomes.
