As an AI Generalist (Program Management), you will be the driving force behind Atlan's AI initiatives - from initial ideas to company-wide adoption. At Atlan, we're growing fast and winning amazing customers like Plaid, Monster, and Ralph Lauren. Your mission 🌟

  • Drive the AI journey from ideation to adoption - identify opportunities with our GTM org where AI can move the needle which in turn will accelerate growth and enhance customer value

  • Create frameworks for success - build measurement systems and processes that help teams leverage AI to drive faster growth

  • Lead systematic experimentation - design testing frameworks to identify what drives customer value, and scale successful initiatives

  • Build momentum through results - showcase how AI initiatives accelerate growth and improve customer experience

  • Work cross-functionally; coordinate between multiple teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable impact on growth and customer value
