Physician and AP Recruiter

OverviewThe Physician and Advanced Practitioner Recruiter is responsible for the successful full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioners to support growth of Atlantic Medical Group, Atlantic Health System. This includes sourcing, screening, recruitment, coordinating of interviews and site visits, referencing, negotiating employment offers, managing agency recruitment projects, relocation, participate in orientation and retention efforts.ResponsibilitiesAttract candidates that support AMG and AHS Clinically Integrated Network and Trusted Network of Caring through impactful recruitment marketing collateral.Assists with development of the recruitment budget for all advertising, promotion, and social activities related to physician and advanced practitioner recruitment.Responsible for physician and advanced practitioner recruitment sourcing strategies, including researching and utilizing appropriate print and digital media, and attending state and national conferences to identify candidates.Coordinate interview site visits tours and accommodations, extends final hire offers based on compensation plans and follow up with various committees and candidates.Responsible for obtaining medical staff credential information, hospital privileges, benefit forms, license and DEA certificate.Maintain working knowledge of physician employment agreements by coordinating with each area of the Human Resources to ensure that compensation, relocation, benefits, payroll, and other functions are fulfilled as agreed.Coordinate the physician onboarding process working closely orientation team members.Adheres to our Trusted Network of Caring and exhibits our core values.QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field required OR Associate degree in a related field with 10 years of recruitment or related experienceThree years of recent physician and/or advanced practitioner recruitment experienceAtlantic Health System has created a Trusted Network of Caring , delivering the right care, at the right quality, at the right time, at the right place and at the right cost.
