The Role:
We are seeking an operations leader to join our lean and incredibly talented team of 23. Our team consists of passionate individuals who have worked on some of the most iconic products in the world – including the original iPhone. This is an NYC-based role, and you will be expected to come into the office at least four times per week. You’ll be directly reporting to the Founder/CEO.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Set up automations and integrations with various third parties across our concierge team's workflows. For example, integrating with restaurant POS and table management systems to streamline reservation bookings and requests.
Manage individuals on our member services (customer support) and concierge teams. Set up weekly reporting, provide feedback, and offer leadership to the team.
Work with our engineering team to build out and maintain our internal tooling for concierge workflows.
Set up and maintain our CRM (Zendesk) to keep up with our evolving services and products.
Ideally, You Have:
4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company with a significant operational focus.
An understanding and interest in hospitality, travel, and payments.
A bias towards action and are a natural problem solver. This role requires determination and a passion for problem-solving, as there is a significant impact with every customer request.
