Overview:Atlassian is seeking an Enterprise Adoption Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on driving the adoption and expansion of our enterprise solutions among our existing customer base. As a key member of the Enterprise Success PMM team, you will develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness and usage of our products. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and other marketing teams to craft compelling product positioning and messaging, ensuring that we effectively communicate the value of our solutions.Working at AtlassianAtlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.Responsibilities:Market Research:Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to shape messaging, campaigns, and sales artifacts.Customer Journey:Partner with customer lifecycle, communications, and field marketing teams to drive cohesive customer journeys through targeted demand generation and nurture programs.Content Creation:Develop high-quality content for prospects, customer-facing teams, and partners, including pitch decks, product use cases, thought leadership content, and customer stories.GTM Strategy:Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to develop Atlassian’s enterprise solutions and help shape an overarching go-to-market strategy.Sales Enablement:Create and distribute impactful sales enablement materials for enterprise customers, partners, and customer-facing teams.Customer Engagement:Drive awareness and adoption of enterprise solutions by engaging directly with existing customers through product demos, webinars, and other high-touch activities.Feedback Loop:Aggregate and deliver customer feedback to product and marketing teams to influence messaging, positioning, and the overall product roadmap.Performance Analysis:Provide analysis and insights on performance, consistently assessing key funnel metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Qualifications:CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable,and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher thanthat of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline.Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay rangesfor new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800Zone B: $116,600 - $155,500Zone C: $107,600 - $143,400This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit for moreinformation on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
