In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire renewals process and driving revenue growth for our subscription-based products. Join us and be a part of our mission to unleash the potential of every team.Develop and implement a global renewals strategy to drive revenue growth for Atlassian's subscription-based products.Oversee the entire renewals process, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies and customer retention efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless renewals experience for customers.Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improving renewals processes and increasing customer retention.Lead and develop a team of renewals specialists, providing guidance and coaching to drive individual and team performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and advocating for their success within the company.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform renewals strategy and identify potential business opportunities.Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with all contract and pricing terms.Collaborate with product teams to provide customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.Represent Atlassian as a thought leader in the subscription industry, sharing best practices and insights with internal and external stakeholders.Atlassian is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
