An expert who can empower the sales team to articulate the value proposition in a language that resonates with public sector decision-makers, ultimately leading to more informed and successful sales engagements. An expert who can enable sales teams to leverage their technical knowledge to tailor solutions that address specific public sector challenges and priorities. An executive who is well networked within the US Federal Government can make and create executive-level relationships. A former Federal CIO is the ideal candidate.• Elevate Atlassian’s technical presence and trust with our customers in the Public Sector• Foster deeper collaboration between our technical sales teams and R&D• Collaborate closely with GTM, Product Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure alignment on critical requirements and unforeseen blockers• Surface core technical non-functional requirements to steer product/platform development• Participate in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives that align with the Sales goals and objectives. This includes assessing current technology systems, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating for investments that enhance service delivery to our Customers in the Public Sector.• Offer strategic guidance for R&D to identify hidden obstacles and recurring patterns revealed during consultative architectural discussions with customers to influence development & roadmaps• Offer insights to help the sales team and services team effectively close critical deals for large, complex customers• Lead collaborative discussions with customers and partner on innovative solutions that may benefit others and push the boundaries of what's possible• Creating awareness through public speaking at Atlassian and other industry and market events• Make executive-level introductions and create and establish executive sponsorship with key, strategic customersOur perks & benefitsAtlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
