They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate$30 – $37/hrPosition OverviewThe Financial Analyst will be focusing a lot on budgeting, reconciliations, invoicing, and managing multiple stakeholders, reporting into the Senior Manager of Planning and Performance. The Financial Analyst assists with preparing slides in collaboration with Market Specialist for weekly team meetings for each east/central region.Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst• Invoice coding and approvals in PDWeb• Temp to assist with Top Vendor Reconciliation• Sample invoice reconciliation with Far Log to match sample pull with WBS code/Cost Center• Provide training on coding and creation of POs in easy buy to market specialists• Update T&E actuals vs budget report monthly and review with market leads• Review distributor Statement of Accounts regularly with state leads to minimize aging• PBI supports for sales team• Connect with Market leads to track monthly updates and ensure necessary backups are posted in share pointQualifications For The Financial Analyst• 4+ years of relevant finance/marketing experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills• Power Bi experienceEducation Requirements• Bachelor’s degree is preferredBenefits• Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
