This role includes bringing presentations and sales proposals to life, designing visually compelling materials from documents and packaging to presentation and custom branding. You should be a team player who is able to collaborate across divisions, but also a self-starter who can work independently on multiple project deadlines.This position can be based remotely, with a strong location preference in:Charlotte NC, Portland OR, or Minneapolis MN.KeyResponsibilities:Design/Support• Be able to project manage a design deliverable including gathering of all content and images from various sources from start to finish• Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ideas for the design of print and digital documents, packaging, collateral and presentation materials• Ensure creative consistency and maintain design integrity, from initial design to final implementation• Setup templates and styles for all design documents to ensure consistency of typeface and styles using a variety of programs including InDesign, Word and PowerPoint• Ensure all typography formatting is clean, paying close attention to line returns, spacing and justification• Ensure use of high-res, cutting-edge imagery that is superior to industry standards• Reskinning of assets, templates and proposed marketing materials as needed• Work closely with team members to see projects through to completion• Ability to assist with and execute last minute changes to documents, collateral and presentations• Stays current on industry-related trends and technical capabilitiesDigital• Assist with development of images and graphics needed for digital projects• Design and develop interactive presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint that include thoughtful implementation of creative animations, video, music and transitionsProduction• Understand the printing process to accurately prepare files for printing and production.
