Who we are

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to play a critical role in shaping the future of Attentive’s customer education program by designing and developing innovative learning solutions that captivate and engage learners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create effective learning experiences for customers about Attentive’s products that align with our organization's goals and objectives. Our ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who is passionate about driving measurable results from the innovative learning programs you design. 


Why Attentive needs you
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, your peers, and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and objectives. 
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences with a strong creative focus on multimedia including videos, interactive eLearning, certifications, and reference materials.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning theory principles to ensure experiences are learner-centered, interactive, and meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Effectively utilize various technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning authoring tools, as well as staying on top of emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Alongside the Customer Education Team, help develop assessments and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences and make data-driven improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Strategy, Product Management, Marketing, Revenue Enablement, and other partners to ensure the successful development and delivery of relevant learning solutions.
  • Develop a digital asset management system that enables the Customer Education Team to accurately and quickly update and maintain content.


About you
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in instructional design, customer enablement, or other educational experience preferably in the SaaS software space
  • Experience building technical educational content using instructional design methodologies including 1+ years crafting educational content for SaaS products
  • Strong ability to develop and edit engaging multimedia content including video, motion graphics, audio, and more (portfolio will be requested during interview process)
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design concepts
  • Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for supporting the customer experience in creative ways at scale
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts digitally to an end user audience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with edtech such as Learning Management Systems and creative tools like Skilljar, Docebo, Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, etc.
  • Experience utilizing Pendo to ingest user data and deliver learning experiences is a plus!

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000 - $105,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
