ATU All Majors Fair

• Ensures that teams are trained and qualified to execute against inventory processes that meet or exceed corporate quality standards for food safety.

• Ensures a safe work environment and works with Safety department and team to meet corporate goals and governmental standards, including but not limited to, training and certifications on forklifts, order pickers, floor maintenance equipment and fall protection.

• Collaborate effectively with Plant Operations, Supply Planning, Transportation, Sales and customer contacts in order to promote a high standard of customer service.

• Provides direction and team engagement on loss identification and elimination, application and training of continuous improvement methodology and provide environment for accountability.

• Coaches team to achieve repeatable performance against departmental productivity goals set forth by plant leadership team and evaluates staffing needs meet customer orders on time.

• Supports the Centerline Management system for the department.

• Leads process definition to identify Centerline targets and document standards.

• Develops control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations.

• Owns integrity of Line Event Data Systems (LEDS).

• Analyzes line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities.

• Leads root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the line/dept.

• Coach teams on Centerline DMS execution and problem-solving skills.

• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees preferred. Other degrees will be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understands how to successfully use problem solving and organizational skills to support the team.

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic.

• A self-motivated individual that is able to multi-task and lead others.
