- mobiles Arbeiten bis zu 3 Tage pro Woche

Deine Aufgabe
- entwickle und produziere ansprechenden Multimedia-Content wie Videos, Bilder und Texte für Websites, Blogs, Social Media und Newsletter
- schneide und bearbeite Videomaterial und Bilder eigenständig nach, um hochwertige Inhalte zu liefern
- verfasse und gestalte aussagekräftige Texte für Newsletter, SEO und Produkte, um die Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite zu erhöhen
- nutze KI-Tools, um die Content-Erstellung zu unterstützen, Workflows zu optimieren und neue Prozesse für mehr Effizienz zu entwickeln
- analysiere Trends und Wettbewerber, um zielgruppenspezifische und relevante Inhalte zu erstellen
- arbeite eng mit dem Marketingteam, Grafikdesignern und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine konsistente Markenbotschaft sicherzustellen
Qualifikationen
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medienproduktion, Mediendesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Erstellung von multimedialen Inhalten, insbesondere in Video- und Bildproduktion
- erfahrener Nutzer von Schnittsoftware wie Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro oder DaVinci Resolve sowie Bildbearbeitungsprogramme wie Adobe Photoshop oder Illustrator
- vertraut mit KI-Tools zur Content-Erstellung und Workflow-Optimierung
- Kreativität, ausgeprägte Schreibe und Gespür für aktuelles Design und Social-Media-Trends
