What you'll do: In this role, your day-to-day will involve meaningful exchanges on live chat platforms, where your primary goal is to solve problems, provide information, and offer solutions that go beyond the standard expectations. You will handle everything from guiding customers through website navigation to advising on product selections and applying promotional codes that sweeten their shopping deals. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are entry level chat support jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location: Live chat support worldwide (United States preferred).
