Nous recherchons une personne créatrice de partenariats pour mettre efficacement nos solutions entre les mains des personnes qui en ont besoin. Vous serez responsable de collaborer au développement et d’exécuter des stratégies de croissance commerciale ciblant l’industrie automobile et le secteur du divertissement basé sur la localisation (LBE) à l’international. Votre rôle consistera également à transformer des données de marché en plans d’action concrets pour renforcer notre position et identifier de nouvelles opportunités stratégiques.

En intégrant notre équipe de direction, vous contribuerez à un environnement axé sur la collaboration, l’écoute active, l’adaptabilité et une approche humaine. 

Vos principales responsabilités :

  1. Définir et prioriser les initiatives commerciales et concevoir des actions spécifiques pour accélérer leur développement, en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
  2. Adapter et déployer des plans locaux : Travailler avec nos représentants sur l’ensemble des territoires pour adapter et mettre en œuvre des stratégies spécifiques à chaque marché.
  3. Identifier et développer des opportunités d’affaires, bâtir des partenariats stratégiques et établir des relations solides pour atteindre les objectifs à court et long terme.
  4. Créer des propositions à forte valeur ajoutée : Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour développer des solutions convaincantes qui répondent aux besoins des clients existants et potentiels.
  5. Mener des négociations complexes avec notre équipe juridique et exécutive, en assurant des résultats favorables pour toutes les parties.
  6. Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes : Établir et maintenir des relations avec les acteurs clés, tout en maintenant à jour les informations dans notre logiciel de suivi client (CRM) pour garantir un suivi rigoureux.
  7. Aligner les offres sur les besoins du marché : Surveiller les évolutions du marché et explorer des segments alternatifs pouvant bénéficier de nos technologies.
  8. Contribuer aux analyses de performance : Soutenir l’équipe d’intelligence d’affaires en fournissant des données pertinentes pour modéliser les projections de revenus et optimiser les décisions stratégiques.
  9. Gérer les budgets et les prévisions : Superviser les budgets et les prévisions liés au développement commercial, tout en assurant une optimisation des ressources.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Expérience et expertise : Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en développement des affaires dans le domaine de la technologie, avec une expertise en logiciels complexes (technologies embarquées, intergiciels) et une connaissance des cycles, outils et méthodes de vente.
  • Réussites avérées : Expérience démontrée en négociation commerciale, en gestion de partenariats stratégiques dans l’industrie automobile, et en gestion ou coaching d’équipe.
  • Qualités interpersonnelles : Excellentes compétences en communication, en influence et en établissement de relations avec les parties prenantes clés.
  • Flexibilité et mobilité : Capacité d’adaptation à différents rôles et contextes au sein d’une entreprise agile, avec une disponibilité pour des déplacements internationaux.

You will be responsible for co-developing and executing worldwide growth strategies focused on the automotive industry and the location-based entertainment (LBE) sector. Your role will also involve transforming market data into actionable plans to strengthen our position and identify new strategic opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience and expertise: At least 10 years of experience in business development within the technology sector, with expertise in complex software (embedded technology, middleware) and a solid understanding of sales cycles, tools, and methods.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, strategic partnership management in the automotive industry, and team management or coaching.
  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
