Key Account Manager (Mobility Solutions) (m/f/d)

Together with our sister company Infopulse, also part of Tietoevry Create, we are expanding our team in Bulgaria and will be looking for experts in the telecom industry. This collaboration aims to leverage our combined expertise to deliver exceptional digital transformation solutions in the telecommunications sector. 

 

About the role 

The role focuses on promoting BICS' Mobile Data and Roaming solutions to strengthen its market position in Eastern Europe and expand the customer portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with mobile operators, overseeing contract implementation, and resolving financial, technical, legal, and administrative issues. Additionally, the position involves identifying market opportunities to boost BICS' market share and suggesting product development ideas based on customer feedback.


Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell BICS’ international wholesale Mobile data and Roaming solutions to increase BICS' leading position and market share throughout Eastern Europe
  • Responsible for the further development of your customer’s portfolio that includes all Mobile Data solutions in the area of roaming and Private Mobile networks
  • Managing the relationship with assigned Mobile operators, MVNO’s and interact at all levels within the customer’s organization
  • Coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation of contracts from negotiation to full-service deployment
  • Accountable for all issues in the domain of financial (billing, collection, disputes resolution), technical (dimension and configuration of the physical interconnection), legal (contracts) and administrative issues towards your assigned customers portfolio
  • Scope and gauge addressable and potential markets, and work to increase BICS’ market share in the domain
  • Propose new ideas for further product development based on market and customer feedback


Requirements
  • Experience in the international Mobile Data and Roaming solutions is a must
  • Knowledge of the Mobile community and you have a good network into various mobile operators in Eastern Europe
  • Master’s degree preferably in business, marketing and/or engineering
  • Proven sales, negotiation & communication skills
  • Initiative, independent and highly motivated personality
  • Readiness to travel, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English
