Senior Account and Customer Success Manager (Activation, Education, Support & Growth | Post Sales) 📚

AudioStack is looking for a Senior Account and Customer Success Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience based in Barcelona, who wants to apply their excellent project and people management skills and experience to take their career to the next level. We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with delivering the very best value and experience to enterprise customers.

This pivotal role involves deep audio technology product expertise, customer onboarding, training, management and support. As part of our Customer Success team, you will act as a key representative of AudioStack, driving product adoption and satisfaction across all new customers globally. You will be responsible for seeding use cases and growing customers while guaranteeing a smooth onboarding/activation in the first months of a new customer and beyond.

What you will be doing 🛠

Product Expertise, Activation & Evangelization

  • Become a subject matter expert on AudioStack’s AI audio product, understanding all features, functionalities workflows
  • Learn about new features, constant product updates and workflows and transfer that knowledge to existing customers

Customer Onboarding, Activation and Education

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and structured introduction to the product
  • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and create educational materials to facilitate customer understanding and activation
  • Develop and manage the AudioStack Academy, a comprehensive training program designed to educate and empower users
  • Co-own the activation strategy, working across teams to drive customer engagement and product utilization during the first activation weeks to onboard and activate customers

Post-Sales Support

  • Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales process to demonstrate product capabilities and address potential customer queries when needed
  • Provide early post-sales support, ensuring that customers are effectively using the product and deriving value
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance onboarding processes and activate key features that drive customer success
  • Support and work with the sales team to map problems/pains to understand where our product can provide the best value to the leads and customers
  • Act as Solution Engineer working with the sales team to give customer product demos

Product Development & Improvement

  • Act as an early tester for new features, providing critical feedback and quality assurance for new functionality to the Product team
  • Establish a feedback loop between customers and the Product team to inform ongoing product development and feature enhancements
  • Comfortable working with and presenting to global enterprise decision makers in a fast, highly technical and yet creative environment
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams, as well as Leadership
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and experience in customer onboarding and training
  • Resourceful, hard-working, and solutions-oriented mindset -you work to solve problems proactively, exceeding client expectations
  • Proven capacity to manage complex projects and drive to resolution
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Love for and background in Audio!
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience representing AudioStack in customer meetings and on stage if you want
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product development teams
  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving product adoption and value realization
  • Native or near native in English
  • Knowledge of the DACH market is a plus
  • Coding skills (API) is a plus
  • Experience in a leading IT consulting firm is a plus
  • Experience with Ad Operations is a plus
