Our office seeks a marketing assistant who can support content creation and research that improves our brand, communications, and strategy. Reporting directly to the Program Director, the ideal candidate has a strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies, as well as an interest in entrepreneurial activities. 

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Support staff to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
• Complete projects related to branding, content creation, and social media marketing
• Assist management with the preparation of campaigns and reports
• Perform market analysis to identify areas of opportunity
• Collect performance metrics to measure progress
• Other duties as assigned

• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and industry trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
• Aptitude in seeking creative solutions to multi-faceted challenges
• Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Sense of teamwork and the ability to execute and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Technological/computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Sedentary work for long periods.  
• Regular phone and computer use.  
• The typical work environment is a shared office suite.
