Auria is looking for a Systems Engineer (Contingent position) with 10+ years of experience in El Segundo, CA. Auria is providing direct Space Operations support to the Space Systems Command with highly qualified, top performing professional services in platform and system engineering to help revolutionize the way the United States Space Force (USSF) builds, deploys, and operates software to overcome the challenges of the next space conflict.
Is acquiring support services for the development of networks, infrastructure, data architecture, and tools. Critical is the development of networks, infrastructure, data architecture, and tools and analytics that support the operational and developmental environment that will enable sustained Space Dominance for years to come.
On this team, you will support the United States Space Force build a reliable platform to host Spade Domain Awareness and Space C2 applications. These applications enhance the capabilities for the Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC), 18th Space Control Squadron (SPCS), and National Space Defense Center (NSDC).
Salary Range: $114,778.56 - $162,602.96
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- 5 or more years of direct experience as a Systems Engineer.
- 5 or more years supporting DoD programs.
- BS in computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar.
- Security + Certification
- Secret clearance
- +3 years of providing functional knowledge and technical support of developing enterprise system architecture.
- +3 years of monitoring, maintaining, enhancing and managing all system (software/hardware/network/configuration and data management) operations and system administration, integration, and data transfer for modeling and simulation tools, architecture tools, and data repositories.
- +3 years of locating and researching all relevant valid data to build the model, including both systems data and operational data.
- +3 years of ensuring missions are traceable to Required Operational Capabilities and based on Integration and Interoperability baselines.
- +3 years of providing systems engineering support in analyzing and/or projecting performance of future systems.
- +3 years of Conducting tests, evaluating results, and developing reports (quick-look, final test, and lessons learned) and present findings and conclusions for laboratory testing of systems, software, tools, and products.
Preferred:
- +6 years of monitoring, maintaining, enhancing and managing all system (software/hardware/network/configuration and data management) operations and system administration, integration, and data transfer for modeling and simulation tools, architecture tools, and data repositories.
- +6 years of locating and researching all relevant valid data to build the model, including both systems data and operational data.
- Master’s degree in management, computer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar.
