We’re searching for an HRIS Analyst. HRIS Analyst has technical/functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Business Process configuration, Reporting. Knowledge of Workday reporting, Calculated Fields, and one of the following modules (Benefits, Advanced Comp, Time, Absence, Security). Collaborate with key stakeholders within the HR Operations, Total Rewards, Business Partner, and other teams. This position will be reporting to the Sr Manager, Enterprise Applications.
In this role, you will
• Manage People Systems ticketing system, answering People Systems related questions/escalations, gathering/analyzing requirements and prioritizing requests.
• Provide day-to-day systems support for Workday including troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions and implementing enhancements and fixes within the context of approved methods.
• Workday reporting, custom reports, calculated fields, report scheduling
• Lead short term projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, and UAT
• Manage Workday semi-annual releases from end to end. (Analysis of release notes, setup of UAT scripts, etc)
• Understand SOX compliance and adhere to the approval processes
• Support other People applications (Greenhouse, JIRA, People Analytics)
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of experience of HRIS administration
• Minimum 2+ years of experience configuring and managing Workday HCM business processes, data structure, domain and BP security,
• EIB templates, reporting & calculated fields, data auditing
• B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area or equivalent
• Knowledge of HR business processes and participate in system testing to ensure successful implementation of changes
• Investigate and resolve Workday issues, unexpected results or process gaps
• Familiarity with Testing Life Cycle during system enhancements/releases
• Strong Excel and G suite experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask in a fast paced environment
Desirable Qualifications
• Understanding of HR, Recruiting, Payroll and IT business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies.
• Administration and/or implementation experience with Workday and/or other leading HRIS Systems in a public company
• Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across departments.
• Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience.
• Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
