Job Purpose:
Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.
Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Process payments for customers
- Accurately record transactions in dealership management system (DMS)
- Various Administrative office tasks as directed
