OVERVIEW
Automox is seeking a proactive, hands-on Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help us evolve, scale, and optimize our Salesforce instance, managing and prioritizing incoming requests, removing friction, and maintaining a high-performing system. If you have deep admin fluency with SFDC; have experience with sales user management, and a keen understanding of marketing and sales business processes and objectives; and thrive in a fast-paced startup culture; you may be our dream candidate. You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all administrative aspects of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into approachable terms, clearly explaining alternatives, tradeoffs, and their potential impact on the business. This support and data-driven role reports to the Senior Manager of GTM Technology.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Owning the long-term health and performance of the Salesforce instance through regular upgrades, and ongoing day-to-day monitoring and maintenance.
- Managing the evaluation, scoping, prioritization, and completion of new administrative requests coming from across the organization
- Collaborating with functional business units to reduce friction for the sales reps, helping to translate business requirements into salesforce solutions that delight end users
- Owning our Salesforce deployment cadence and processes to facilitate releases in accordance with change-management processes in addition to maintaining a sandbox environment
- Maintaining exemplary data fidelity through regular, automated hygiene, creating and documenting best practice processes increasing team efficiency
- Building and maintaining admin process documentation
- Troubleshooting production issues and driving those to successful resolution
- Facilitating end-user training
- Collaborating within GTM Ops and cross-functionally to leverage and optimize tech stack integrations to help streamline sales motions and improve reporting
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE- Five years of demonstrable Salesforce Administration in B2B SaaS
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Beyond-excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage Salesforce requests with different levels of complexity end-to-end
- Fluency with CPQ Salesforce
- Fluency with custom Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Familiarity and competency with key Salesforce-integrated tools and marketing automation
- Experience with an agile development process
- High level of Excel competency
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
TOTAL COMPENSATION
The salary range above is our base pay range. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
