Job Description AutoNation Headquarters This position is responsible for the talent acquisition strategy and execution for Corporate and field operations. This includes employment branding, sourcing, recruiting, forecasting and candidate selection initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Regional HR VP's, and other key stakeholder in and out of HR, to develop and execute a strong... talent plan for the organization that aligns with business strategy. This position is based on-site at our beautiful corporate office in downtown Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Organizational Relationships: This position requires interaction with all levels in the organization. Frequent contact will occur with senior leadership, Corporate and Regional HR teams and Market Recruiters. This position will lead a team of Recruiters who will focus on sourcing for open positions across the organization. Job Responsibilities: Develop staffing strategy, policies, and programs to attract, select and retain a diverse workforce. Develop and standardize processes and systems for talent sourcing and selection, including strengthening the selection process and building a standardized national recruitment process and employment brand. Develop and implement regional advertising and recruitment strategies, including sourcing, selection, and evaluation of recruitment process. Develop a branding strategy both internally and externally to enhance the recruitment process and develop a competitive advantage. Partner with Marketing and outside agencies to develop social, digital and grassroots recruitment marketing campaigns that engage and attract qualified candidates, and develop candidate feedback strategies throughout the recruiting life cycle. Leverage business intelligence to introduce and initiate new best practices aiding in better budget utilization. Identify opportunities where technology can gain workforce efficiencies for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers (i.e. automation, web video technologies, AI, virtual reality, etc.) Update Develop, streamline, and enhance staffing systems, application tracking, reporting and analysis. Implement reporting and analytics dashboards to increase visibility to key performance metrics. Proactively communicate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Region Leadership, HR and other teams on business deliverables and industry trends. Lead and support a market-based hiring process to ensure high level of responsiveness and efficiency. Manage vendor relationships associated with the talent acquisition process. Manage and direct the efforts of external search providers including negotiating and controlling employment related costs. Manage and forecast budget for Talent Acquisition team, including job distribution spend, social media advertising, professional development, etc. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications: HR/Staffing experience in a Fortune 500 Corporate setting; retail experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR Management preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in staffing and/or HR generalist role. Ability to influence individuals at many levels, providing recommendations based on data analysis. Exceptional organizational and project management skill, with the ability to drive results. Flexible team player with the ability to think and act quickly in a constantly changing environment. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role will be required to support multiple time zones in the US. Broad knowledge of all HR functions and proven ability to integrate with other business disciplines. Must meet company's requirements for employment. Next Possible Position: Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Physical Requirements: Ability to sit and work in front of a computer for long periods. Salary Range: $250K -- $500K+ Minimum Qualification HR Management, HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
