Senior Health Services Analyst

AVER is seeking a Senior Health Services Analyst to support our client by monitors and evaluates quality of complex and/or highly sensitive health care programs. Responsibilities Include:

Monitors and evaluates quality of complex and/or highly sensitive health care programs
Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding health care programs and their level of quality
Recommends changes in areas of deficiency to bring area up to government and company regulations and standards

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience Requirements:

4-6 years of experience maintaining Business Intelligence dashboards
Experience with Power BI or another visualization tool like Tableau, QlikView, Jasper
Must possess analytical skills and be technology savvy to create or upload data to BI dashboards and provide recommendations based on data to heath service providers
Ability to create reports to include Ad Hoc reports in Excel
Ability to create actionable dashboards for SQL

Location:

HYBRID (1 day a week on site in Hanover, Maryland)
