We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Co-Op to join our business in North America starting January 2025 on our Hardware Engineering Team. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast paced and client focused environment and make a real impact on our product development process . Our summer internship and Co-Op programs serve as a talent pipeline for our Early Careers Program throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
Our Business Intelligence Co-Op for the term will have the opportunity to help shape our Product Management processes and strategies by assisting with data analytics, process improvement projects, and competitive product insights.
Data Analysis:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including product reporting, client feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
Help to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform product strategy and decision-making.
Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and maintenance of data analysis tools and dashboards.
Process Improvement Projects:
Collaborate with product managers to understand their needs and workflows.
Assist in the development of standard Product Management templates, ensuring templates are clear, concise, and user-friendly.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a product management knowledge base centered around client insights and competitive product information.

What you will need to bring to the program

Education:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Statistics or Data Analytics
Bachelors & Masters degrees must come from an accredited US institution. Sponsorship is not available at this time. Students must be domestic.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques ( Smartsheet's, Google Suite, Oracle, Oracle BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
Experience and leadership positions in civic organizations, volunteerism, community service or via student organizations such as engineers without borders or similar activities
*Must have reliable transportation to and from work in Miamisburg, OH
