Ideal candidates must be able and flexible to work one of the assigned shifts. The shift schedules are as follows: 2nd shift (2 pm-10 pm), 3rd shift (10 pm-6 am), or a rotating 12-hour shift (6 pm-6 am). The 12-hour shift rotation follows a pattern of 2 nights on, 2 nights off, then 3 nights on, with every other weekend off.
**The starting wage for this position is $20.64/ hr. + $2.00/ hr. shift differential.**

Job Summary
Completing your initial training may be required on a day shift, even if you were hired for a night shift.
The Production Operator is responsible for leading machine set-ups and changeovers, problem-solving, making decisions on machine adjustments, and inspecting and packaging finished products to customer specifications. In addition, the production operator will be responsible for operating various coating, finishing, and/or powered industrial vehicles to move inbound and outbound products.
