This role is essential in shaping how our product, brand, and messaging are experienced by our customers, from corporate partners to everyday users. As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative visual solutions for Avive's brand, product launches, educational materials, and much more. You will report to the VP of Marketing, and your work will span across digital assets, print materials, videos, social media, web design, and beyond. What you'll do: Continuously improve design assets across digital ads, landing pages, print collateral, emails, web, and social media platforms. Develop original creative concepts and iterative designs for campaigns while staying true to Avive's brand and visual guidelines. Create compelling infographics, animations, and video content that clearly communicate Avive's mission of lifesaving technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visual content that supports brand, digital marketing, and sales initiatives. Champion the visual consistency of Avive's brand identity, ensuring all designs reflect our commitment to accessibility, innovation, and life-saving technology. Prototype ideas using tools like Figma, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite. Identify opportunities to streamline design processes by creating templates and scalable visual systems. Who you are: Experienced (5 years) in visual design, particularly across digital and print media. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design. Experienced working within brand guidelines and evolving brand systems. Fluency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Knowledgeable of motion graphics or interactive design is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects at once, working independently and collaboratively across teams to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly. Bonus points for: Experience working with tech-driven products or healthcare solutions. Proficiency in designing for responsive websites, social media content, and performance marketing. Knowledge of UX/UI design and wireframing.
