Deine Aufgaben
- Outbound- und Inbound-Recruiting
- Recherche von Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google und mehreren Networking events.
- Screening von Bewerber:innen per Telefon oder Video Calls.
- Koordination von Interviews und Terminplanung.
- Verantwortung für Candidate Experience
- Teilnahme an Networking events (Campus, Partnerschaften, Kundenevents).
Anforderungen:
- >2 Jahre Erfahrung in Recruiting oder Vertrieb. Idealerweise in einer Agentur oder vergleichbarer Umgebung mit intensiver Kunden -und Stakeholderinteraktion.
- Erfahrung mit Linkedin Recruiter und internen ATS.
- Sehr gute Recherchefähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz
- Spaß bei wechselnden Prioritäten und agilen Strukturen
- Fokus auf Projekterfolg auch bei herausforderndem Scope
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
