Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst

In support of our mission, we are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Supply Chain Technology team. Want to help us transform the travel experience? The ideal candidate will have had experience in maintaining & designing technical solutions in the areas of Master Data, Procure to Pay, Landed Costing and Inventory Management solutions.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Technology and will require an in-office presence for critical moments, as defined by the hiring manager.

What you’ll do as a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst:

  • Work directly with cross-functional business teams to elicit functional & technical requirements 

  • Proactively managing internal change requests and external vendor tickets

  • Conduct system demos and implement appropriate system configurations

  • Assist in leading FIT/GAP analysis and provide customization/workaround solution recommendations in order to achieve the desired business objectives on the proposed requirements
    Participate and provide support in leading and managing all phases of ERP projects 

  • Configure D365 application based on business requirements

  • Develop test plans and training guides to ensure user adoption

  • Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training business users to successfully utilize ERP platform, while iterating training, as needed, based on feedback and learning styles

  • Provide technical support in the areas of Master Data Management, Landed Costing, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management etc.

  • Identify and take action to resolve issues by recommending best practices on system design & configurations 

  • Troubleshoot medium complexity issues in the ERP platform and between various applications (ERP and other)

  • Proactively identify and implement efficiency opportunities with minimal guidance from manager

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft AX/D365 F&O Supply Chain modules (Landed Costing, Procure to Pay, Master Data); experience working in a retail environment, or with a retail client, required

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Thrives in a very fast-paced environment that requires continual multi-tasking and prioritization

  • Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)

Compensation Package:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards program that also includes benefits, bonus, equity and various social and professional investment opportunities at Away. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Away to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.

  • Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $137,000.00 annually

  • This role is eligible to participate in Away’s Annual Company Performance Bonus Plan, the terms of which are determined on an annual basis at the discretion of the company

  • Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company
