Skills

MySQL management
Database performance tuning
Linux shell scripting
High Availability MySQL/Percona environments
Experience with large data volumes

Responsibilities

Administer and support multiple MySQL database instances
Monitor and optimize database performance
Develop backup and recovery procedures
Work with developers during application development life cycle
Proactively identify database risks

Education

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or a related field
