Now Hiring: Motion Designer to join our awesome community, tackle projects for the world’s best startups, and learn at the speed of a comet.

🧑‍🚀 Who are we looking for?

• Experience in Motion design (3+ years)

• Lottie Files: Experience working with Lottie files is important

• After Effects: At least 1-2 years of experience with it

• Graphic Design: Basic understanding of composition, color, and the ability to create simple storyboards

• Ability to deliver results in a timely manner with daily updates

• Fluent English, as work primarily involves US-based clients

• Flexibility to work US hours or adjust your schedule to align with the San Francisco timezone
  
  Would be a plus:

• Spline or Rive: Knowledge of Spline or Rive is a plus.

• 3D Work: Basic 3D work in any program is a plus.

• Proficiency in rigging and character animation

• Video Editing: Basic editing skills, including cutting video and making minor adjustments.
  

🧑‍💻 What will you be working on?

• Develop engaging promotional videos tailored to client needs

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals

• Edit raw video footage to create polished, professional content

• Ensure video quality and consistency across all projects

• Design and animate app workflow explainer videos

• Craft simple and fluid character animations for short motion videos

• Create introductions, end screens, transitions, collages, and other motion graphics

• Design seamless animations to captivate users and enhance brand differentiation.
