Email Marketing Manager

Awesomic is looking for the first Email Marketing Manager!

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement strategies to drive email marketing channel growth, increase sales, and spread awareness of the Awesomic brand.

You will be specifically launching and driving our newsletter for startup founders from scratch. There is some content we already have to share, but we also expect you will write a part of it on your own.

🚀 What you will do:

• Develop and execute our email marketing strategy.

• Manage and optimize email marketing tools.

• Use data to make the right decisions.

• Create engaging creative copies.

• Research email marketing trends, generate ideas, conduct continuous A/B tests, and experiment with various types of content.

• Collaborate with the marketing, product, design, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

• Contribute to the company’s growth plans by leveraging email marketing as a vital channel.

🚀 We match if you:

• Have at least 2 years of email marketing experience.

• Are a creative person and can get the attention of new subscribers quickly.

• Have an owner mindset.

• Measure metrics and know what to do with them.

• Have examples of creative newsletters and can share the results.

• Know English well and can write and speak fluently.
