Role Axiad is looking for a driven and talented Demand Generation Manager to join our team! As the Demand Generation Manager you will report to the VP, Marketing and be responsible for handling a portfolio of highly... effective multi-channel marketing programs that support the company's pipeline and revenue goals. You will be responsible for aligning yourself with the sales and marketing organization and helping them to target their most important accounts in a productive and effective way. The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving in opportunities, completing partnership marketing efforts, enabling our sales team to do their best work, evaluating digital marketing efforts, lead generation, and pushing our team to see success through a variety of campaigns. You will be developing and managing ABM campaigns and SEO/SEM efforts internally. You should have a strong traditional background working with marketing and demand generation including planning, message development and execution of marketing programs, ABM, events, email marketing, nurture campaigns. This role is best suited for a data driven high-achiever with proven ability to develop B2B marketing programs both on the strategic and tactical level. Responsibilities Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive quality leads and the sales pipeline Leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels Monitoring and optimizing campaigns and ABM programs Knowing the company's brand and products inside and out and able to confidently create content independently to promote. Working within the sales team and collaborating with other departments, to develop and enhance strategies Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth in various industries Expert at running nurture and drip email campaigns to move the leads down the funnel and generate high quality MQLs. Managing and leading on Hubspot and ensuring it is running efficiently and effectively and synced with the rest of marketing and sales' tech stack. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related discipline. At least 3-5 years' experience working in the marketing industry working on lead generation, ABM, email campaigns and analytics. Expert understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels -- particularly SEO and SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing. A solid background working with a variety of industry-standard tools -- including marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot. In addition, hiring managers will expect you to be proficient in CRM programs like Salesforce, and other common digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics. Advanced analytics experience required to recognize actionable insights pertaining to the customer lifecycle. Background in B2B or B2C marketing.
