Helpdesk Associate

Axle Informatics is looking for a highly ambitious and detail-oriented Helpdesk Associate to provide technical assistance and support for their vibrant team in Bethesda, MD.

Skills

Desktop support experience with Apple hardware and OS.
Desktop hardware expertise and the ability to diagnose issues.
Familiarity with network hardware and configuration.
Excellent interpersonal, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical assistance and remote support for Service Desk.
Manage various IT systems and troubleshooting common applications issues.
Maintain documentation of problems and meet Service Level Agreement requirements.
Coordinate with IT service providers and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Assist with IT inventory duties and maintain Audio/Video equipment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
